This project involves creating a vehicle tracking system that uses GPS (Global Positioning System) and GSM (Global System for Mobile Communications) to find the vehicle's location. Although it can be used for any vehicle, it was specifically designed for motorcyclists. The main focus of the project is on UI design and prototyping.
Branding
I chose the name "Tracktem" for the app because it is a portmanteau of "tracking" and "system." For the logo, I wanted to visually represent the app's tracking and notification features. So, I created a design that combines a satellite and a bell icon. The satellite symbolizes the GPS tracking capability, while the bell represents the app's ability to send alerts and notifications to users.
